AUTUMN TERM 2008

The Year children recently visited theVivartis Art Exhibition at King Edward's School, Witley.  They had a chance to wander through the grounds lookingat many sculptures.

Then they chose to draw one of the smaller pieces displayed inside.  They were very excited to see four paintings by our very own Mrs Ray!

YEAR 3 SCIENCE

As part of Year 3 Science the children visited Manor Farm in Wotton.

They found out how the farmer prepares the soil to grow his crops. They also found out what crops are grown and how they are harvested.  They learnt that the polythene covering the soil is to warm it prior to planting.
